got a call this morning from potential buyer and they said they weren't going to buy the house. they didn't have a problem with financing but just decided that they didn't want to float two house payments til their current house sold. she said they could do it but would have to give up the family summer vacay to do so. oh well, just keep you fingers crossed for us and keep us in your prayers. but we are still showing the house and i showed to a couple today for the second time....so we'll see. we'll keep you posted.
