house update

So remember the client from the funny conversation with Savannah....well she asked about the house because she and her husband have been looking to move out to the country for sometime but haven't found a house that they liked yet. I told her about it and she seemed interested but had to wait for her hubby to get back from a business trip to Romania. On Thurs 1/24 she called me and asked if they could swing by and see the house on their way home from UT. Well, all went very well-they put down some earnest money and are working with the bank to get a loan set up. So we have a buyer!!! We should know more around the first of the week how they are doing with the loan process-hopefully all is well. I'm optimistic, but trying not to get my hopes up at the same time just in case it falls through. However, we have had two other couples who seem like they are very interested along with half a dozen other calls to see the house. Keep your fingers crossed and say a prayer that it will work out. Wahoo!
