What do you think?

So we found one that we like. My mom, Nanna and I went "house shopping" on Thurs. this week and we looked at quite a few houses. We were able to narrow it down to 2 or 3. Jon was out of town (no surprise there) so when he got back in town that night I told our discoveries of the day. We took him out the next day to see 2 of them and only needed to see this one. Besides that fact that I forgot that the 2nd one wasn't vacant and needed an appt. to get in. ooops my bad! This one is vacant so we just needed the realtor key. He liked it, I guess because we got back and said let's make an offer. So I'm calling in the morning to set up the appt. We are putting an offer down on it tomorrow. This is the picture of it. I'm not sure why but house is actually kind of a peach color, not a bad one though, instead of gray and the white trim parts are a kinda brown color. It's still really cute and nice and clean on the inside. Here's the stats: vacant-ready for us to move in!, 2030sq. ft., 4 beds, 2.5 baths, good size utility, double garage, cute kitchen, basement with fam. room and funny little extra room I could use for my craft room, big storage room, fenced back yard, cute little cul-de-sac, lovely mature yard-hopefully I don't kill it :), ummm....that pretty much sums it up. We'll keep ya posted on how it all turns out. Wish us luck!
