A Funny Conversation :)

A week ago yesterday I was coming back into town after having picked up Nanna at our friends house who was babysitting her for me. Later that night we would be returning the favor by watching their little girl while they went to dinner in Twin and Nanna was super excited about. They also have a 4 mo. old baby, but they were taking her with them. That being said for background, this is the conversation that followed:

N: I'm so excited for Kylie Jo to come over and play tonight. Is baby Anniston coming too?

Me: No

N: How come, I want to play with her too?

Me: Because her mom said she doesn't take a bottle very well because her mommy is nursing her, so Kristin said it would just be easier to take her with them.

N: Well she could come too and you could just feed her because you have boobs too! So you could use your boobs!

Me (as I'm dieing of laughter): No, Nanna....only the babies mommy can feed her that way. Besides when I finished nursing you all of the milk dried up and went away, so it wouldn't work anyway.

N: Oh.....well, you could just drink a cup of milk and it would come back..........then she could come play too.

Me (laughing even harder this time): No honey, it doesn't work like that.

N: Oh, well ok.

She is constantly coming up with or just saying things that crack us up! Isn't it amazing though how their minds work at this age? To think that I could just have a glass of milk and I should be able to nurse again.....it makes total sense. So logical.
